I have a friend who purchases replica designer accessories (wholesale) from street merchants and sells them for profit on a web site. She posted a disclaimer on her web site mentioning former President Clinton's Internet Privacy Act of 1995, code 431.322.12. Is she legally protected under this Act/code? Can the designer or it's affiliates take legal action against her?
