You get the value of what you pay for. Even the PTO won't give it to you free. The filing fee has just gone up to $325 per class. Incidently Congress has "stolen" over 100M of PTO funds for the budget by charging fees like this.
You may be able to figure out how to do it youself. There is always the risk of perfoming the act and getting a registration without getting the proper protection that you need. I feel guilty sounding like a Doctor but doing it yourself is like cutting your appendix out reading Gray's Anatomy.
What do your want to do and why? I won't do it for free. If you give me a call or an email, I might give you a better idea of the realities, without any initial charge.
I'd rather a call. My whole system has crashed and I'm not sure if the email is working yet.
