My son has a small business and has named his firm using the word entertainment in the title of his firm. His company sells discount cards for local merchants in a small college town of about 50,0000. The cards are geared to college students.

He received a letter from a firm who using the same name in their title of their company. The are requesting that he stop using the word "entertainment" in his company title or they will file suit against him.

What is his rights here? He is a small mom and pop shop and the company who wrote him does not offer their service in this small town.

What should he do?

Any help I can get would be appreciated.

Thanks
