Arthur Auslander :
Your client owns a trademark. The trademark corresponds to the URL. Your client even owned the URL. However, the URL either had a lapse in registration or was outright stolen. Either way, its gone and you want it back. My solution: Get it back! Who cares who has had it? Find out who has it now and get it back. If you are an attorney, you may wish to send a cease and desist letter to the owner. However, if the current usage is a valid business concern and there is no sign of fraud or sketchy dealings, you might have a tough time getting the URL back. However, the next step is figuring out who has the URL now and attempting to recover it. Jamel Oeser-Sweat
