You can go to the Trademark Page information of this Board and you may well be able to save legal fees. The questions is not just doing it and saving money, it is doing it and avoiding mistake and big costs down the line. The law is seldom clear even to lawyers. Without legal experience it may be impossible to see pitfall. When trapped it can really hurt. That were my service marks comes from.
