Football Pool

I am finishing up a site football pool site. I am currently applying for the ability to use credit cards on my site. The company is asking, "Are you licensed to use the NFL logos or show NFL and team affiliation?"

To give you a bit of background, each user picks the team he/she thinks will win. I display the logo of each team.
Do I need to be licensed to show the logo of the team?
If I do need to be licensed for the logo, would have I to be licensed if I just use the team name (city-mascot)?
