I am an officer in a small corporation in California. The corp. has been established for over 5 years. Recently, a domestic representative of a large foreign corp. has filed for trademark registration on our corporate name. We would like to oppose the registration, but don't know if this would be our last recourse, nor do we have any idea of the expense involved, or who we may find to represent us in this matter. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.
