My daughter and I make children's chairs and use copyrighted fabric of elmo, bob the builder and other characters to make the seats. One piece of fabric had a notice along the edge to use for home use only, therefore we did not use that one. Does this mean the others that are not labeled this way are not ok to use in the production of our seats?
