If they can't answer a question fine. All you do is refer people to your products. If you said we "do contingencys maybe you would get a phone call". How about answering the message board question CAN SOMEONE PRESS CHARGES WITH A DISTRICT ATTORNEY if your answer is NO FREE LEGAL ADVICE SO BE IT. Stop being so wishy washy this is why people have no repect for attornies you are using the auspice of a message board to generate business. That is why these message boards don't work. At least the other fellow gave his opinion, I respect him much more than someone who is trying to sell me something. If I had thousand of dollars I would go to attorneys because I don't at the moment I have to deal with my problems the best I can. If an attorney had the balls they would see that an 800 million, 400 million dollar stores has infrindged upon my word mark by having shirts with the exact same name. Selling over 20,000 shirts @$20 a shirt. if it was Nike they never would have done this. SO I will try finding someone who isn't trying to promote their own self serving interest and then together that person and will reap the rewards by suppporting me. when i had nothing. : : A year ago a company signed a waiver stating they owned the trademark for a an apparel company which I own the tradmark for. I have since settled with the store. The vendor who sold the shirts to the store refuses to talk to me or respond to letter. They sold the store over 9000 shirts. My question because they stated in a waiver to the store that they owned the trademark (word mark) can I go to the district attorney of their state and press charges. Since they lied outright on this waiver. If anyone knows an attorney who handles cases on contingency please pass it on thanks. : Dear Phil, : M. Arthur Auslander
