Anyone handled defense of Lanham Act claim where "willfulness" charged and maximum statutory damages under 15 U.S.C. 1117(c)(recent amendment)sought as a consequence? What volume of distribution was involved of the marks? What were claimed indicia of "willfulness" other than volume? What was result? Experience in Ninth Circuit and/or Central District Calif. especially helpful!
