I own a business that offers temporary tattoos. The tattoos are applied using an airbrush and body ink. The tattoos last 3-5 days or can be removed immediately with alcohol. : I am looking to expand my offerings by including NBA team logos as temporary tattoo designs. Is this a monumental task in terms of time and money? : Also, if I include college slogans ("go big blue" or "go seminoles") as temporary tattoo offerings, do I need trademark approval from the related school? I assume I do if I use the school mascot. Dear Mr. Maboso, Without taking professsional responsibility nor doing research, I do not think there is a problem with the college chants. The logos might possibly have and enforce rights. It ought not be a copytight problem unlews ou copy from a copyrighted source. M. Arthur Auslander
