A good deal of the footage is going to be shot during a large health & fitness expo, where banners with trademarked names and logos are plastered all over the place. Some of the athletes will be working at booths which promote specific companies. : Am I going to have to do some really tricky camera work to avoid all these logos, or does it not really matter since the focus is on the people, and all the booths and banners are merely a part of the setting. : Thanks for any insight you can provide. And I always wanted to mention that this is a great service that you offer people who are ignorant about trademark basics. Dear Conor, Trademark infringement is the use of a trademark or service mark pssing off goods or sevrices of others. Just taking pictures is not an infringement. There may be a question as to you right to take the pictures if you are not in a public place. M. Arthur Auslander
