However, they have it registered in the "Education and : Entertainment" category. : While my product does relate to "Education and Entertainment", it deals with : software and therefore I can register it in the "Computer Software" : category at the very least. : My question is whether anyone has gone about registering a name similar to : an already-registered trademark, but in a different category? : Secondly...if I register it under the computer software category...does : their company have legitimate claims against me?
