The information can be found on the Trademark Page and Copyright Page of this Forum. It can be done by an individual without a lawyer and save the cost of a lawyer. Doing it yourself is like looking up a treatment in a medical book and treating a malady. You may be able to do the treatment correctly but also be unaware of other pathology.
