U.K. Trade Mark Question

A Trade Mark is owned and registered in
the United Kingdom by Parent Corporation (Japan).
Subsidiary Corporation (United Kingdom) imports and
sells products made by Parent Corporation.

Is it necessary for Subsidiary Corporation to
include a statement on its letterhead that:
"Trade Mark is a registered trade mark of Parent
Corporation"?
