I have a foriegn client that entered into a distributorship agreement with a company that then assumed my client's name and began distributing their products. Sometime later, an officer of my client entered into a 2nd agreement for the unrestricted use of my client's trademark. The distributor has since stopped paying for the products purchased from my client and is importing the product manufactured in a different county by someone else and is using my client's trademark on that product. We want to stop this activity. What are the issues and the likely outcome?
