He is claiming that I am infringing upon his clients trademark. When I did further research into the registration of the name "Crosstar" I find some other company then his client. Am I infringing on the name "Crosstar" with my business name of "Cross-Star"? : Dear Mr. Kranitz, : There is a lot to consider. An answer here even right could be wrong. There are not enough facts. : M. Arthur Auslander : I do have a follow up of some information. I did ask the attorney for the registration number of the trademark. I was told back that it is a commonlaw trademark and no registration is required. So am I infringing or not?
