Alright lads and lasses,

I am doing a project on the way the international and European systems for registering trademarks may clash and the potential problems this may cause for poential owners.

Could anyone point me in the direction of some interesting materials, e.g articles etc on this, and on internet sources for IP in general?

Any help is greatly apprecited.
