I AM IN THE PROCESS OF TRADEMARKING A NAME/LOGO. THIS NAME IS SPELLED DIFFERENTLY THEN ANOTHER NAME THAT HAS BEEN ALREADY TRADEMARKED, BUT MEANS ALMOST THE SAME THING. FOR INSTANCE, THE WORD FAT IS TRADEMARKED, CAN "PHAT" ALSO BE TRADEMARKED WITHOUT INFRINGING ON ANY LAWS? PLEASE HELP. THANKS, JULES
