Use of my last name on college jersey

: I am a former collegiate football player, I recently saw someone with a football jersey from my college, with my name on the back...the person stated that his uncle has the licensing agreement from the college to reproduce the jersey's..since the college owns the right to the logo, do they also own the right to my name...do i have any legal rights to fight the use of my name.
