Hi all,

I'm not sure what is going on at the USPTO... today, 130 trademark examiners were told that they're jobs have been eliminated. As a practitioner, I'm dumbfounded. Uncontested trademarks are taking well over a year to issue.

Anyone have an idea how the USPTO plans to meet they're commitment to improve service?
