Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a student currently attending Franklin Pierce Law Center, majoring in Intellectual Property (IP). I am at the moment doing a research on "Trademark Searching in the Year 2005" and one of my tasks is to identify some of the access points in trademark searching. Since your firm provides trademark search services, your professional opinion would be very important for purposes of this evaluation.
If you would kindly assist me by simply answering the following questions and faxing the response back to me at;

I thank you very much for your time and effort.

QUESTIONNAIRE

(1) Now with the premium online services, ex. CD-ROM and the Web, which
keeps on expanding, what changes in trademark searching do you think will happen in the next five (5) years and why?

(2) Changes if any, in terms of the following:
(i)Ways of searching ex. Saegis, or Dialog etc and why?

(ii)The format used. Will the CD-ROM die or will the Web prevail and why?

(iii) Pricing. Will the changes affect the prices that are been charged now, in the sense that will it become cheaper and why?

(3) What type of access points does your company provide ex. Print, Professional Searchers, CD-ROM or Web-site etc., and what are your plans for the future in terms of trademark searching?

(4) What would be the unique feature of your company that would be distinguishable from those of the others?
