I am at the moment doing a research on "Trademark Searching in the Year 2005" and one of my tasks is to identify some of the access points in trademark searching. Tom B Vere QUESTIONNAIRE (1) Now with the premium online services, ex. CD-ROM and the Web, which (2) Changes if any, in terms of the following: (ii)The format used. Will the CD-ROM die or will the Web prevail and why? (iii) Pricing. Will the changes affect the prices that are been charged now, in the sense that will it become cheaper and why? (3) What type of access points does your company provide ex. Print, Professional Searchers, CD-ROM or Web-site etc., and what are your plans for the future in terms of trademark searching?
