Thanks for the advise and you are correct that I need to look at the trademark laws and fee structures. In regards to #3, I was trying to indicate that I own the internet domain....

MYLASTNAME.net

There was a Trademark on MYLASTNAME which has expired and I am tempted to look into grabbing MYLASTNAME to prevent it from being snagged by another company.

So, you advise the minimum fee is about $300 plus attorney fees.... Are there additional "Maintance Fees" that need to be paid? How does one maintain a trademark?

Thanks again as I know I have allot to learn before I move to trademark MYLASTNAME or the other two names that I would consider doing so for. I am just looking for a place to start!
