I am a small business owner in Jacksonville Florida. I would like to know if it is possible for me to use the name JAG Cleaners. The team goes by the name of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Will I be infringing on the NFL if I use JAG Cleaners? I will be using different colors, but, I will have a football theme throughout the establishment. It will be a cleaners/small sports bar. I would like to know if the NFL will attempt to sue me. Thank you for any help that may be out there. Please drop me an e-mail.
