I have told a buddy of mine of a online business idea. I think he may be stealing the idea from me and trying to do it on his own.

This happened as of yesterday. Is there a way that I can keep him from stealing my idea. Can you patent/copyright/trademark intellectual property or am I screwed if he get's it out there?
