: New to the trade mark arena and looking to gather some basic information on the process and fees. I don't want to "do it Myself", per say. But I would like to have a general understanding of the over all process and nicknacks involved. Could someone recomend a publication, website, book or tape set that would supply me with the foundation so I could talk to other lawyers or professionals on a higher level of education. : Jeffrey
