We have recently designed a logo for our band and decided to usea sillotte of a coyote that is being used by a design firm in part of their logo. Although their name is different and our coyotes are somewhat similiar but different, do we need permission from them to use the coyote sillotte when their name is trademarked. The other site's website is www.coyoteexhibits.com and our site is www.coyotecreek.mu. Please look at both and let us know immediately if we are going to have a problem with infringement. We do not think so but I needed expert advise! Thanks!
