: If i want to file an opposition to those marks similar to mine in examination process or in post-examination process, what should i do? After a notice of opposition, what will going on in Discovery Period, Testimony Period for party in position of plaintiff, Testimony Period for party in position of defendant, Rebuttal testimony period, and brief? what's the purpose of each step?

: Thanks a lot in advance!

Dear Jane Lai,

You cannot file an opposition until a mark is published.
