I located some small refrigerator magnetics that would make perfect miniature billboards. These products are authorized reproductions. Would re-packaging them with additional legs for intended use as billboards be illegal? The graphics of the original licensed product would not be subject to any alteration... but the "amended" version would be packaged and re-sold under our product name (by-line). Would this consistute an illegal situation?
