I work for an ecommerce company.One of our clients registered www.myheavenlytreasures.com and was contacted by another owner of an ecommerce website not affiliated with our company by the name of heavenlytreasures.com.The owner of heavenlytreasures has his name Trademarked and is now trying to sue my client unless he brings down his website.Who would win in a case like this?
