Such a phrase would be protected by a trademark. A Trademark is a word, name, symbol, or device that that is used to distinguish the goods of one person from goods manufactured or sold by others. The range of things that are capable as serving as Trademarks is great and includes not just words but also such things as drawings and abstract designs, slogans, distinctive features of the product's packaging, and distinctive, non-functional features of the product itself. I hope that this helps! Sincerely, Patrick William Fletcher, Esq. www.internetdisputes.org
