: If I wanted to put a shape of a longhorn head on my t-shirt with beads and sell them. Is that illegal because my college uses a printed longhorn as a trademark even though my longhorn will only be a shape not an actual print copy. If it is illegal how do i get permission to sell them?

Dear Cathy,

Sounds simple but it would be easier if seen. If permission is required from the school, just ask. They may want big bucks up from. I wouldn't counsel this but if you do not go commercial, a single t-shirt may not be worth doing anything about.
