I have an opportunity to purchase NFL licensed products/components from a wholesaler. When I create my own products using these licensed components am I breaking any trademark or licensing laws? Can I sell my finished products without worrying about the NFL or the wholesaler suing me for licensing infringement? Does the same apply for other materials such as items made out of fabric licensed by the NFL (or any other organization for that matter)? Thank you.
