I Would be glad if any body could help me it tracing the Jugdgment Actdecided by Judge Angers between the Parties - J V Boudrias Fils LimitZe vs Boudrias Freres LimitZe. I do not have details of the year in which the said Judgment was passed.

I need the case law on section 8 of U K Trademarks Act,
whereby Corporate Company is entitled to carry on business in the surnames - names of promotors.

No defence to corporate under Indian Case Law.
Hearing Tomorrrow - Expediate help would be greatly helpful and appreciated.
