I purchased an expensive product from COMPANY A in a retail store.

The product was defective and this company did not stand behind the product and I was out $900.

Needless to say I was pissed.

2 months later, I got and expired domain name list from Network Solutions saying that COMPANY A failed to pay the yearly domain registration fee. Therefore, the domain name of COMPANY A was available to register.

So I registered the name and now they are threatning a lawsuit if I don't return the domain.

Is this considered Cyber Squating?

Does the Anit Cyber Squating laws protect these dumbasses who forget to pay the registration fees?

Thank You.
