I have started a web site that talks about football in Italian and have been working in the internet business for a few years and understand that I cannot use logos of the NFL without permission. What I would like to know is, with all of the sites that illegaly use the logos and pictures, what can be done about them. It bothers me in two ways: one they steal work by another artist and claim it as their own, two because well i would like to remain competive with my website. Does it make a difference being in another country? being non commercial?
