I have been using sideshowfreak(TM) for my music and comic book art experiments. Now there is Monsters, Inc. which now people say my product is like theirs. I feel that they have dissipated my brand and caused confusion in the market.

Is ther any recourse for me to protect my trademark (not registered, but used since the early 1990's)?
