There is $100 a year scam with companies promising to promote invention. It is one in 10000 that receive more than they pay. They even file patent applications for you. We suggest a Reality Check which will show you what can be done and cant be done. In many case we do not recommend patent applications even if we feel we can get them if there is little chance of doing anything but spend money. Recently a client showed us an issued patent that he saw being used. An examination of the patent showed that though the patent covered the invention is was not good enough to stop the copiers.
