I am a student at James Madison University in
Harrisonburg, VA and am currently in the process
of writing a research/legal paper concerning the
invalidity of several of Ron Katz's patents.
The US Patent Office has become an understaffed
and overworked agency that simply does not have
time to carefully research patent applications
for prior-art.
I feel that Ron Katz has taken advantage of this
situation and as a result is nowe the owner of numerous
IVR/Computer Telephony patents.
I know there is information out there somewhere to
back up my beliefs. Unfortunately, I am having trouble
finding it because my options are so limited being that I
am only a college student who is not plugged in to the
industry.
This is a call for help to anyone who feels that they
have any information that may in any way help my research
progression.
