I have been looking at some of the messages in the forum and I have found that many of the questions have gone unanswered.... I hope that this is not in vain....
How do you obtain a patent pending? Does obtaining a US patent protect from someone in another country making or produycing a prodoct outside the US? And if not can this person import that product into the US for sale? Last but not least is it terribly difficult to obtain your own patent without the use of an attorney?
