Seek any ye shall find. Find a patent lawyer you can trust.

I'll wager that you would like to make money. Well not every good idea is patentable and not every patent will give you the protection you need. What is more patents are not inexpensive even the ones filed by the advertising scams that are current.

Find a patent lawyer that you can trust. There may also be alteratives to patents that might work particularly for unpatentable matter.
