Anyone have any insight as to the length of time needed to adequately prepare for the examination? I took 4 months to prepare for the General California Bar Exam, is the Patent Bar as rigorous? I have the feeling the Kayton course is good. The big trick is to be able to draft a claim. In whatever you do you must learn the law and proceedure then ge comfortable with claims. M.
