What is more I have no clear insight into the big firms though just yesterday a patent lawyer pointed out to a lack of stability, that used to be there. A good patent lawyer writes claim aimed at maximum breadth sustainable by the specification. There are often specific strategies. A patent on a weak invention might have value as a threat to sue. There are hacks that don't care and just grind out applications and patents of no value. M. Arthur Auslander
