You can click on the Patent Page of this Forum and get extensive information. That does not help you in how to use it and what it means. Ideas are not in themselves patentable. In order to make money you need to know what and how to do it. A patent in itself may be worthless. There is a $100,000,000 a year scam inducing people to file patent applications and even getting patents. It took 25 years to put Raymond Lee out of business, Only 3 of 30,000 made more than they paid him. I had a client come to me recently who had a patent obtained from a legitimate patent practicioner. The patent covered the invention but the patent did not protect the technology. The inventor needs a patent lawyer that can deal with the realities of law and fact in the environment of what can be done with the idea. M. Arthur Auslander
