: Is it possible to extend a 2 year disclosure? : Four years ago I participated in a disclosure program. Nothing was done with the invention. I would like to start marketing the invention, and I would like to know if I could get a disclosure for the same invention to see if it would do well on the market. If you have kept your disclosure secret you have lost nothing more than the $15 you paid for the original disclosure it you did it at the USPTO. Keep it secret and at least preserve the validity of the international rights. If you email or call, preferably email since my phones have not been repaired by Bell Atlantic since January 28th, we can preliminarily go over what the situation is. M.
