: : : : To whom it may concern: : : My name´s David, I´m a Law student. : : I´m trying to write an academic essay on this issue, mainly all that relates to legal aspects of space patents, copyrights, protection of scientific data transferred from satellites and international law. Up to now I`ve found some articles in European Space Agency and NASA, and a book on the issue dated 1995. : : I´m my opinion this is a very interesting subject but it is very hard to get useful information. : : Please contact with me as soon as possible and tell me where to find more information (if possible, current information).
: : Thanks a lot. For US info click on the Patent, Trademark, and Copyright pages of the respective three Forums on the web. You get right to basic information on each. As stated the assignment is too broad. It covers the whole scope of Intellectual Property law and space law. There must also be special statues on the subject and a plethora a treaties. M.
