: I am very concerned that the country that I will be taking my method does not have any form of patent protection. I have a patent protection in my country.
: What should I do ?
Just because you have a patent doesn't mean that the patent gives the protection that you want. If the application was filed more than one year ago, patent protection is probably gone. Almost every country has a patent system.
The question is too abstract. A full disclosure of the facts may clarify. Any disclosure of an unpatented invention or use before the first patent application is filed, destroys almost all valid patent rights in all countries of the world except the US.
