If a patent exists and you want to use it, you may be able to approach to owner and get a licence or assignment. Before doing that, you must consider what you want and whether or not what you want to do infringes the patent. The patent may not even be valid. In order to proceed further more facts are needed. It might not be wise to put such informatiion out to the public, such as in this Forum.
