Re: Patent Bar Outline[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ Patent Forum ] [ FAQ ] Posted by Nancy on December 05, 2003 at 13:43:35: In Reply to: Patent Bar Outline posted by Paul on June 17, 2003 at 23:48:03: : I am selling the outline that I created to help me study for and PASS the April 2003 Patent Bar Exam on my first try (pass rate was 49%). I took the BarBri review course in addition to about 10 old exams and made this 50 page outline from what I had learned. As anyone who has passed the exam will tell you, the USPTO repeats a lot of questions from previous exams. I incorporated many repeated questions, as well as unique questions in this outline. I do recommend that you do not use this outline by itself in hopes of passing the exam. It is meant to assist you in conjunction with your other study habits, as it did for me. It includes the most recent changes to the MPEP (for the April 2003 exam), as there were substantial changes made to it since the October 2002 exam (pass rate was 72%). Additionally, there is a very helpful, 2 page table of contents that references this outline, the MPEP, and there is another column for reference to a review course outline - if desired (I reference BarBri's mini-review oultine). Let me know if you are interested and I will email you the outline and table of contents (in Microsoft Word format, unless otherwise specified). Please email me at: paulnatof@hotmail.com with any questions. I'm looking to sell it for around $20, but I'd consider less. Thanks and good luck!
