: : : : : : You need to check and make sure that any lawyer is a member in good standing with their state bar association and with the united states patent and trademark office www.uspto.gov. An intellectual property attorney makes his living by processing patent applications. He/she is not going to risk their career over your idea. This is why a reputable I.P. attorney will not work on a contingency. (take a percntage of your invention in lew of legal fees) If your ar e looking for someone you can trust contact www.youINVENTit.com , steve is easy going ,very trustworthy and very reasonable.
